Yes. I downloaded it from the archive many many moons ago (2004?) while looking to download my first show (Philly earlier in the tour). I saw very few reviews at that time, I had never heard it and "sleeper" sounds about right to me...

Why do you ask? Is it on a Dick's Picks or something?

Webster online definition of "sleeper"

"someone or something unpromising or unnoticed that suddenly attains prominence or value "

5/25/77 has been downloaded at LMA over 115,000 times!

It is widely regarded as one of the best shows of 1977.

Not just a few folks here (myself included) consider it to be the finest show of '77. It certainly is among the top 5 of the year!

I dont see how you could consider it a "sleeper" show...

Perhaps there should be a word other than 'sleeper' to describe a show that's hidden from view by one that is a favourite of many yet deserves more attention. I think this is one such http://www.archive.org/details/gd77-02-27.bertrando.vernon.10378.sbeok.shnf . 'Junior sibling' perhaps. (I know - 2 words) The solo in 'Loser' is described by one reviewer as 'Roy Buchananesque'. A major compliment in my book.

I guess I’ve been asleep! With three years of internet and LMA under my belt, I have listened to many shows from May 77, but thankfully am enjoying this gem for the first time today. Sweet!
